At Living Word Church of Deliverance, we firmly believe in the power of prayer and will stand with you as you petition the Father.  We have a prayer department that is dedicated to praying with you and over your specific requests. We covenant with you as we lift your request to Jesus, our High Priest, with the full expectation that the thing you are believing Him for (in accordance to the Word) shall surely come to pass.

Please e-mail your Prayer Requests by going to our Prayer Requests page and clicking on the picture.  In the subject line of your e-mail message, tell us if this request is a:

  • Prayer of Agreement
  • Prayer over Death
  • Prayer for Deliverance
  • Prayer for Depression
  • Prayer for Fear
  • Prayer for Finances
  • Prayer for Healing
  • Prayer for Baptism in the Holy Spirit
  • Prayer for the Loss of a Job
  • Prayer for Peace
  • Prayer for Protection
  • Prayer for Salvation (Family, Friends, Self)
  • Prayer for Spiritual Guidance
  • Prayer to Relieve Stress
  • Prayer for Deliverance from Substance Abuse

We will come into agreement with you, according to Matthew 18:19 that, "If two of you agree down here on earth, concerning anything you ask, my Father in Heaven will do it for you.  For where two or three gather together because they are mine, I am there among them." (NLT)

We will pray the prayer of faith over your requests at the high noon hour, each Thursday.  If you'd like to join us for prayer, our Noon Day Prayer Service begins at 12:00 noon every Thursday at the church.  Our church is located at 18154 Lankford Highway in Parksley, VA.  The phone number is 665-7441.

While you are resting, and waiting upon the Lord to answer your prayers, please find peace and comfort in the following Scriptures (New Living Translation):

  • Matthew 7:7-8--"Keep on asking, and you will be given what you ask for.  Keep on looking and you will find.  Keep on knocking and the door will be opened.  For everyone who asks, receives.  Everyone who seeks, finds.  And the door is opened to everyone who knocks."
  • Mark 11:23-24--"Have faith in God.  I assure you that you can say to this mountain, 'May God lift you up and throw you into the sea,' and your command will be obeyed. All that's required is that you really believe and do not doubt in your heart.  Listen to [Jesus], You can pray for anything, and if you believe, you will have it."
  • John 14:13-14--"You can ask for anything in [Jesus'] name, and [Jesus] will do it for you, because the work of the Son (Jesus) brings glory to the Father (God.)  Yes, ask anything in [Jesus'] name, and [Jesus] will do it."
  • John 15:7--"But, if you stay joined to [Jesus] and [His] words remain in you, you may ask any request you like, and it will be granted."
  • 1 John 5:14-15--"And we can be confident that [God] will listen to us whenever we ask Him for anything in line with His will.  And if we know (without doubt) He is listening when we make our requests, we can be sure that He will give us what we ask for."
